Create Affiliate Network mobile App for Android and iOS

The new interface of AffiliationSoftware is responsive and compatible with all devices, including smartphones and tablets. In addition to classic mobile navigation from a browser, it is possible, by following these simple instructions, to create a mobile app of your affiliate network, for both Android and iOS.

AffiliationSoftware supports PWA (Progressive Web Apps) and can be installed on Android and iOS devices as a real application. The main difference is that the app is not visible in the marketplace but must be installed directly from the mobile browser.

Enable AffiliationSoftware's PWA features

To enable the PWA features you must enter an icon in the "Icon URL (mobile/PWA)" field available in the settings page. Your app icon should be 512x512 pixels, in png or jpg format. It is important to upload the mobile icon, as well as the logo and the browser icon, in the same sub-domain where your affiliate network is installed, therefore we recommend using the uploader included in our affiliate software.

How to install the AffiliationSoftware mobile app

Open your smartphone’s browser, log in to your AffiliationSoftware panel and click the message at the bottom of the page that says "Add YOURNAME to the Home screen" (image 1). Where YOURNAME is the name of your affiliate network. If this message does not appear, you can open the browser menu and click on “Install app” (image 2). A new window that says "Install app" will appear, you can confirm by clicking on the "Install" button (image 3).

At this point, just touch the icon on your device to start the AffiliationSoftware App (image 4). In these images we used Chrome for Android but the same steps are available on all Android and iOS browsers. An active internet connection is required to use the App.

It is important to understand that if you install the admin panel, the app will start the admin panel. If you install the affiliate panel, the app it will start the affiliate panel. So not only the admins, but also all affiliates and advertisers can install the app with the panel they need.
